Substitution Policy
To ship your order in a timely fashion, we may occasionally have to substitute a item. We sometimes will substitute a item to the closest match if the item is not in stock this is to process orders faster rather have the order delayed.

 

 

Can I have my order sent by Registered Post?
Yes
You can have Orders sent by Registered Post. You can choose Registered Post in the Checkout Area when placing the order.

 

 

Registered Post covers your order up to the amount of $100 automatically.

 

 

Returns Policy
We only offer a 7 day exchange policy if the product you purchased is of any defect, We will not replace or refund your item if its over 7 days since you purchased the item.

Character Goods will not issue any refund or replacement until we receive the defective item so please ensure you return it back as soon as you can to avoid delays.

 

 

Is Character Goods Liable For Lost Items In The Post?
Unfortunately Character Goods is not liable for any items lost due to Australia Post or Couriers, any lost claims must be lodged at Australia Post.

 

 

When the item is handed to Australia Post we have met our obligation in supplying you the item you purchased if there is any items lost in the post and you did not pay for Registered Post please take this up with Australia Post.

 

 

If you did pay for Registered Post then I highly recommend you lodge a claim at Australia Post and give them your Registered Post number if any parcels are missing as we will not resend any items that have been lost your claim is with Australia Post as soon as we hand them your parcel.

 

 

Tracking Registered Post Parcels
Character Goods do not track Registered Post items the customer must ring Australia Post themselves to ask them to track it as Character Goods is not liable after it has been shipped and handed to Australia Post.

For those customers who choose not to have Registered Post all inquires must be taken up with Australia Post.

 

 

Why Is My Order Delayed?
If your Order has been delayed it means you haven’t paid for the order or never paid the full total of the invoice.
